The Ladenburger Timber Works have been engaged in the processing and refinement of wood as a natural product for over 90 years.

With a production capacity of over 500,000 m3 of sawn timber, this group is one of Europe’s leading enterprises in this sector. Production uses the latest technology and takes place at five locations in Germany. The domestic German market and neighbouring European countries form Ladenburger’s principle market.

 

As each location specialises in specific products, the Ladenburger Timber Works, which have a dedicated fleet of lorries, are able to react rapidly and flexibly to customer demand.

The Group’s saw mills are certified by the Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC). This certification, along with the sustainable use and management of forests and the responsible treatment of wood as a basic raw material, guarantee protection of this resource and its preservation in the future.

In addition, permanent quality control throughout the whole production process, from the initial processing of logs to the end product, ensures a consistently high quality.
